The Vins

This is my dad, Vinnie Colombo, a.k.a. "The Vins". Three years ago, he and my mom left our home on Long Island, NY and moved a couple thousand miles West to Missoula, Montana.

Impressively, my dad keeps in pretty frequent contact with most of his friends and family back East through calls, texts, emails, and Facetime - not bad for a guy born two weeks before Pearl Harbor.

One thing he has struggled with since the move, though, has been sharing his drawings and paintings with our extended family in NY. This is a bummer for two reasons:
 

1. He's a really gifted artist (it's one of his few skills that he didn't pass along to me - see for yourself)

2. He almost exclusively draws and paints pictures of our extended family back East!

Finally, for Christmas 2018, I put together my dad's first ever online portfolio, putting all of his artwork just a few clicks away from our friends and family who were missing their art a la Vins. After 26 Christmases, I think I finally got one right.
